Booking & Deposits: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied directly to the total cost of your service. The 24-Hour Notice Window: Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), significantly impact my business and my ability to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellation: Cancellations within the 24-hour window will incur a fee equal to 30% of your scheduled service. No-Show: Failing to show up for your appointment will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service. Tardiness & Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are running late, kindly notify me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure the quality of the next client's service, and will be subject to the late cancellation fee. Emergencies: I understand that unforeseen emergencies and illnesses happen. Please communicate with me as early as possible so we can find a fair solution.
